Sat Nam Rasayan Foundation Stichting
The Foundation is a world-wide organisation and is accessible for people of different beliefs that have a common purpose to realize a better world.
The Foundation stimulates everyone to make a positive change in society by:
1. Helping the individual to come closer to his/her fullest potential in order to be able to live healthy, happy and holy lives.
2. The stimulation and development of human friendliness, compassion and the need to help mankind selflessly through the acquirement of a greater consciousness, experience, involvement and liberation.
The Foundation shall realise this aim by supporting 3HO, Kundalini Yoga, Sikh Dharma and other like minded organizations worldwide that use the teachings and lifestyle as was taught and inspired by Yogi Bhajan;
It shall do this specifically by:
1. giving grants and other financial support.
2. setting up endowment funds.
3. through sponsoring, stimulating and supporting events, meetings and programmes;
4. through the publication and dissemination of information and experience in the form of books, brochures, lectures, training programmes, lessons, computer databases and all other appropriate media;
5. by supporting research and educational programmes;
6. any other means that will further the aims and purposes of the foundation in the broadest sense of the word.

Board Members will receive no salary or compensation for their work.
They can get refunded for expenses made on behalf of the foundation.
These expense should be submitted with a declaration of the actual costs, date made, and reason for the expense. Where possible receipts should accompany the declaration.

Activity Report 2023
Introduction
The Sat Nam Rasayan Foundation continues its mission to support and preserve the teachings of Sat Nam Rasayan, the sacred healing tradition that has touched the lives of many under the guidance of Guru Dev Singh. After Guru Dev's passing in 2021, the Foundation has experienced significant changes while staying dedicated to his vision and legacy. The following report outlines the activities and developments of the Foundation during 2023.

In general the Foundation does not actively organize or participate in the regular activities or events that are organized by the different Sat Nam Rasayan organizations and individuals around the world but is responsible to maintain the overall structure for the organization as a whole.
It will support the organization or activities with funding in specific cases on as needed basis.
In the attached document are the programs and activities that are run and organized by our affiliated organizations and individual worldwide.
